Welcome to Fallen Timbers!
I am Mrs. Carver, and I am excited to be your math and social studies teacher this year. I have been teaching in the Anthony Wayne district for 21 years. I taught first grade at Monclova Primary for six years, math intervention at FT for three years, and I am currently in my twelfth year of teaching fifth grade. I am originally from the Toledo area and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I received my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Toledo.
I have been married to my husband, Joe for seventeen years and we have two sons. Andrew is fourteen and will be a freshman this year at AW High School. He is excited to be part of the Anthony Wayne high school soccer team this year! Ben is twelve and loves basketball, golf, fishing, and baseball! He is excited to be in sixth grade at FT this year. We had a terrific summer full of swimming, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
